Pamela Burnett: A Breast Cancer Surviver’s Story
Pamela Burnett is a 57-year-old Opa-Locka, Florida resident who is a breast cancer survivor. She was born in Syracuse, NY but was raised in Miami-Dade. In 2006, she created the Beautiful Gate, a non-profit organization that provides resources, education and support to vulnerable communities of color by the disease of cancer.
